Can Haftar's army conquer Tripoli by force?

Jalel Harchaoui, Tarek Megerisi, Ahmad al-Messallati, Kaouthar Hassan and Farhat Asseid commented on the renewed tensions in Western Libya in an article published by Le Nouvel Observateur on 6 April. The article questions General Haftar's plan following the launch of a Libyan National Army (LNA) offensive in Western Libya, presenting different perspectives through the comments of Harchaoui, Megerisi, Al-Messallati, Hassan and Asseid.
