On 25 February, writing for the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR), Cinzia Bianco published a policy brief on how Europe can gain influence with the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). Bianco highlights the increasing role the Gulf countries play in conflicts such as Libya and Yemen, and advocates for Europe to develop a common European foreign and security policy on the GCC.
