Carnegie Middle East Centre published on 25 April an article questioning whether General Haftar has the capacity to become a new Gaddafi for Libya. Libya experts Emadeddin Badi, Elham Saudi, Arturo Varvelli and Frederic Wehrey contributed to the article, sharing their analysis of General Haftar and their thoughts on potential outcomes for the fighting in Tripoli.
