How to Solve the Crisis in the Mediterranean?

Here is my latest appearance on SkyNews discussing the tragedy of the migrants drowning in the Mediterranean.  I make the point that you can't deal with the humanitarian crisis without dealing with its root causes and that both ISIS tragedies and migrants drowning must drive European policymakers to invest more in trying to create a structure of incentives and disincentives concerning the civil war.  To watch the clip, click here.
