Libyan crisis at risk of worsening due to lack of serious negotiations

In his latest publication with Foreign Policy on 18 March, Jalel Harchaoui argues that the conflict is likely to worsen in Libya given the lack of commitment of rival parties to negotiations to reach a political settlement. In the article, Harchaoui provides very interesting facts and figures regarding the support to the warring factions by foreign powers.
