On 21 October, Libya Analysis LLC President and Founder Jason Pack spoke on Voice of America's Russian service about the 10th anniversary of the killing of former dictator Moammar Qadhafi. In regards to the question of Russian mercenary presence in Libya, Pack noted that although they support Libyan National Army (LNA) Commander Khalifa Haftar, these forces do not participate in many major battles, making them something of a 'red herring.'Click here to access the full report.
