On 16 March, founder of Libya-Analysis LLC Jason Pack was interviewedby Mohamed Elshinawi for Voice of America (VOA)’s Africa News Tonight segment to comment on the appointment of the Government of National Unity (GNU) led by PM Abdul Hameed Dabaiba, officially sworn in on March 15. For Pack, PM Dabaiba demonstrated a certain ability to navigate Libya's complex political landscape since his appointment.
