In their latest article with National Interest on 13 April, Stefano Graziosi and James Jay Carafano suggest the United States and Italy could be important supporters of Libya's political and security stabilization in this new critical transitional phase. They argue in favor of a stronger involvement of Italy and the US as well as joint efforts to support the Libyan political roadmap given their more neutral stance towards Libya, in comparison with other foreign actors such as Russia, France or Turkey.
