On 14 October, the US Embassy in Libya released on its website a report on the activities of US new ambassador to Libya Richard Norland during his first 60 days in Libya. The report aims at demonstrating the renewed involvement of the United States in Libyan affairs and most especially the support provided by the US to key institutions such as the National Oil Corporation.Click here to read the report.
