On 13 May, in an article published with Al-Monitor, Kirill Semenov argues that the latest developments in Libya suggest a potential shift in Russia’s strategy for Libya. Semenov reports that Russia has had increasing contacts with the Eastern-based parliament, which presented in late April a political roadmap for Libya reportedly drafted with the help of Russian experts.
