In an article posted on 7 October, The Arab Weekly reported on the conclusions of the second round of talks between Libyan rival factions in the Moroccan city of Bouznika. According to announcements made on 6 October, the delegates from the Government of National Accord (GNA) and the House of Representatives (HoR) reached an agreement on a selection mechanism for the leadership of Libya’s key institutions.
