On 15 November, the National Council on U.S.-Libya Relations (NUCSLR) will host its third annual conference in Washington D.C. The subject of the conference is “Re-engineering Libya: economic, institutional and security requirements” and will gather a dozen of scholars, analysts and activists who focus on Libyan matters.
