Turkey, Russia: the new actors of the Libyan crisis ?

Writing on 18 December for The Moscow Times, Emadeddin Badi commented on Russia’s increased involvement in Libya, while on 17 December, Tarek Megerisi and Asli Aydıntaşbaş published with the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR) an analysis of Turkey’s rapprochement with Libya’s Government of National Accord (GNA).
