Writing for Carnegie Europe on 2 July, Marc Pierini argues that the crisis in Libya should be considered by Europe as a priority matter, and as such should drive European state members to act jointly. For Pierini, the divisions among European state members regarding Libya leave room for Turkey and Russia to push forward their interests, at the expense of the EU.
