On 14 March, Julien Raickman, Head of missions for Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) in Libya published with Le Monde an open letter addressed to French president Emmanuel Macron in which he denounces intolerable living conditions for migrants in Libya and the migration policies of the EU. The open letter echoes a report published by the UNCHR published in December 2018 alerting on the physical and mental abuse experienced by migrants in Libya.Click here to read the letter.
