In spite of a lingering climate of tensions and sporadic episodes of fighting, Benghazi port carries on with its activities, Reuters reports on 2 September. 1rst October 2019 will mark the second anniversary of the reopening of Benghazi port, after three years of enforced closure due to the unstable security situation in Benghazi. While repairs and reconstruction have been limited, the port has been able to operate without interruption since its reopening and monthly revenues are steadily increasing though they have not reached yet the revenues attained before the war.Click here to read the article.
