Car bomb kills four LNA fighters at Nawfaliya checkpoint

According to Reuters, the Libyan National Army (LNA) spokesperson and other security sources claim that a car bomb killed four LNA fighters and injure two more yesterday  in an attack on a checkpoint in Nawfaliya.  Islamic State's Amaq news agency claimed responsibility for the attack. Nawfaliya is 130 km east of Sirte and 80 km west of Ras Lanuf. The town was under the control of ISIS fighters throughout most of 2015 and there are fears that ISIS cells are regrouping there.
