In an article published with The Libyan Report, the Government of National Accord (GNA) Minister of Economy of Libya Ali Abdulaziz Issawi alerts that Libya sits on the verge of full-scale economic devastation due to the escalation of violence between forces affiliated with General Haftar and forces affiliated with the GNA.
