Libya finally has a new cabinet to replace the pre-July election El-Keib government! However, now that six of the potential new ministers have been referred to the Integrity Commission, some replacements may be forthcoming. It is hoped that these investigations will not delay the new government from getting down to business and addressing the major issues of the day - starting with security. They include Foreign Affairs Minister Ali Al-Aujali; Justice Minister Salah Bashir Margani; Interior Minister Ashour Suleiman Shuwail; Health Minister Nurideen Abdulhamid Dagman; and Religious Affairs Minister Abdulsalam Mohammed Abusaad...Referral to the Integrity Commission does not necessarily mean dismissal, however.
