In an article published in al-Monitor on May 10, Mohamed Eljahr reviews the many challenges that remain to completing the political roadmap set by the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum and to holding national elections in December of this year. Eljahr describes the constitutional, legal and operational hurdles that must be overcome as status quo forces manoeuvre to preserve their influence.
