In an article published with Middle East Institute (MEI) on 27 May, Jonathan M.Winer argues that the UN political roadmap for Libya which was presented in late 2019 remains the ‘only realistic path to regain economic viability, political stability and physical security’ in the aftermath of the battle for Tripoli between forces aligned with Government of National Accord (GNA) and factions aligned with Khalifa Haftar.
