On 13 September, former Austrian military attache in Libya/analyst Wolfgang Pusztai discussed on Voice of America the meaning of UN Special Envoy to Libya Jan Kubis's statement that postponing elections could lead to violence. Pusztai discussed the current tensions between the Government of National Unity (GNU) and House of Representatives (HoR), the electoral law recently adopted by the HoR and the implications these events could have for planned elections on 24 December.
